And so far I have caught a two 2 lb 24 inch bowfin, one 1 lb 13 inch freshwater drum, and one 1.5 lb 16 inch channel catfish on this reel so I say it's a great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget reel that is still extremely good.
